摘要: 肌球蛋白X(Myosin X,MYO10)是一种基于肌动蛋白的分子马达,可诱导丝状伪足形成并在体内外促进细胞的迁移过程。近年来多项研究表明MYO10在侵入性伪足形成过程中的异常表达与恶性肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关。本文就MYO10生物学功能及在恶性肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Myosin X(MYO10)is a molecular motor based on actin,which can induce the formation of filopodia and promote cell migration in vitro and in vivo.In recent years,many studies have shown that the abnormal expression of MYO10 in the formation of invasive pseudopodia is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors.This article reviews the biological function of MYO10 and its research progress in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.
