金属硫蛋白在大肠癌中的研究进展

Research progress of metallothionein in colorectal cancer

摘要: 金属硫蛋白(Metallothionein,MTs)是一种小蛋白,富含半胱氨酸。MTs在人体内主要分为四个亚型(MT1、MT2、MT3、MT4)。MTs的主要功能是清除自由基和参与重金属的解毒和稳态,同时具有抗氧化的特性。相关研究发现MTs可参与DNA的损伤修复,并且参与肿瘤的发生发展,与肿瘤细胞的耐药性相关。本文将对MTs在大肠癌中的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Metallothionein(MTs)is a small protein,rich in cysteine.MTs is mainly divided into four subtypes in the human body(MT1,MT2,MT3 and MT4).The main function of MTs is to scavenge free radicals and participate in the detoxification and homeostasis of heavy metals,resulting from antioxidant properties.Recent studies have found that MTs can participate in the repair of DNA damage,and participate in the occurrence and development of tumors,and are related to the drug resistance of tumor cells.This article will review the research progress of MTs in colorectal cancer.
