Abstract

Abstract: Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),as a critical factor in angiogenesis,its polymorphisms may influence the occurrence,development and prognosis of breast cancer.With the perspective of gene polymorphism,the prediction in the prognosis of breast cancer and the therapeutic effect of anti-VEGF drugs is of great significance.Therefore,the relations of VEGF gene polymorphism and breast cancer were summarized in this paper.
