乳腺癌肺转移机制及治疗进展

Abstract

Abstract: Lung is a common metastatic site of advanced breast cancer.Lung metastasis may cause cough,hemoptysis,pain,pleural effusion and pulmonary dysfunction and other clinical symptoms,which seriously affect the life quality of patients.At present,there are local and systemic treatments for breast cancer lung metastasis,but the survival rate of breast cancer patients with lung metastasis is still very low.Improving the efficacy of patients and prolonging the survival time have been hot issues of concern to patients and medical workers.This paper briefly reviews the mechanism of breast cancer lung metastasis and the latest treatment progress of lung metastasis,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of breast cancer patients with lung metastasis.
