Abstract: Objective To study the therapeutic effects of clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole tripal therapy for eradication of Helicobacter Pylori(H.pylori)combined with chemotherapy on patients with HP positive advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods 42 patients were all HP positive advanced gastric carcinoma who were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with FolFox regiment once three weeks. One course of treatment included 6 cycles. All patients were treated with one course at least.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Folfox regiment as well as omeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin given orally.Observe the curative effect, toxic reaction and survival time of the two group after the treatment. Results The number of CR, PR, SD, PD was 4, 9, 5 and 4 respectively in the treatment group. The total effective rate was 59.09%, while the corresponding number in the control group was 1, 5, 6, 8 and 30.0%.The curative effect of the two group had statistical difference while the side and toxic effect of the two group was not different statistically. Conclusion Clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole tripal therapy for eradication of Helicobacter Pylori(H.pylori)combined with chemotherapy has higher effective rate, similar side-effect rate compared with the traditional chemotherapy. It has certain significance in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma, though the two year survival rate was not obvious different in the two group.
