39例食管癌患者围手术期的观察与护理

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate Patients with esophageal cancer perioperative observation and nursing care.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out for a total of 39 cases with clinical datas.Results 39 patients with esophageal cancer patients after an average hospital stay was 12.7 days,recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in 1 case,no anastomotic fistula,chylothorax,wound infection and other surgical complications.Conclusion Most patients with esophageal cancer after the disease is not stable,a higher incidence of complications.Therefore,perioperative care is essential for esophagcal cancer patients.
