Abstract

Abstract: Esophageal cancer morbidity and mortality are high,but it is also the most difficult to treat and cure one of the malignant tumors.At present,immunoinhibitors have made breakthroughs in the treatment of cancer,and related research,Which have become a hot field for the clinical study of immunological checkpoint “procedural death molecule 1”(PD-1)and its ligand PD-L1 antibody.In this paper,we reviewed the progress of PD-1/PD-L1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
