Advances in research of signaling pathway-related microRNA in osteosarcoma

摘要: 骨肉瘤是原发于骨组织的较常见的恶性肿瘤,好发于儿童和青少年。近年来,microRNA在骨肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用已成为人们研究的热点。大量研究表明,microRNA可以通过MAPK/ERK、PI3K/AKT、Wnt/β-catenin等信号通路影响目的基因表达,从而调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、侵袭等生物学功能,与骨肉瘤的发生发展、临床治疗及患者预后密切相关。

Abstract: Osteosarcoma is a relatively common malignant tumor originating from bone tissue,which occurs in children and adolescents.In recent years,the role of microRNA in the development of bone tumors has become a hot topic.Numerous studies have shown that microRNA can affect the expression of target genes through MAPK/ERK,PI3K/AKT,Wnt/β-catenin and other signaling pathways,thereby regulating the biological functions such as proliferation,differentiation and invasion of tumor cells,and the development of osteosarcoma.MicroRNA is closely related to the development,clinical treatment and prognosis of osteosarcoma.
