摘要: 低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)近年来被广泛研究和报道为肿瘤发生和发展的重要生化指标,它具有调控肿瘤血管生成和糖酵解的能力。最近研究发现,HIF-1α能够促进恶性肿瘤的转移,并与肿瘤多药耐药性形成有十分密切的关系。

Abstract: Recently,Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)has been extensively investigated as an important biomarker of carcinogenesis.Studies have revealed that it can regulate angiogenesis and glycolysis,and also induce metastasis in malignant tumors.Therefore,it is closely related to multi-drug resistance in malignancies.The progress on HIF-1α research will provide deep understanding of multi-drug resistance mechanism.The relationship between HIF-1α and multi-drug resistance in malignancies was summarized in this review.
