Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs),a class of RNAs,are more than 200 nucleotides in length and do not encode protein. The abnormal expression of LncRNAs is closely associated with the occurrence and development of various human diseases. In recent studies,LncRNAs regulate the tumor immune response by regulating the differentiation and function of tumor-related immune cells. In addition,LncRNAs affect the microenvironment by regulating the expression of multiple inflammatory factors. This review will summarize that LncRNAs regulate the tumor microenvironment.
