Abstract: Osteosarcoma is a relatively common malignant tumor originating from bone tissue, which occurs in children and adolescents. In recent years, the role of microRNA in the development of bone tumors has become a hot topic.Numerous studies have shown that microRNA can affect the expression of target genes through MAPK/ERK,PI3K/AKT,Wnt/β-catenin and other signaling pathways, thereby regulating the biological functions such as proliferation, differentiation and invasion of tumor cells, and the development of osteosarcoma.MicroRNA is closely related to the development, clinical treatment and prognosis of osteosarcoma.
