Abstract: High mobility group box1(HMGB1)protein as a group of nonhistone chromosomal protein in the nuclear of eukaryote cell.HMGB1 promotes Neoplasm Metastasis by stimulating cell proliferation and inhibition apoptosis of Neoplasm cells,strengthening cell migration,enhancing activation of plasminogen,boosting lymphatic and blood vessel formation.HMGB1 has been over expressed by a lot of advanced cancers,and it is an important promoting neoplasm metastasis factor.
