ER、PR、Her-2在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progestogen receptor(PR)and Her-2 in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Method Expression of ER,PR,Her-2 of 76 breast cancer patients were determined by immunohistochemical staining.Result The expression of ER was negatively correlated with TNM stage and lymph nodes metastasis,The expression of PR was not correlated with TNM stage and lymph nodes metastasis,The expression of Her-2 was positively correlated with TNM stage and lymph nodes metastasis.Conclusion To detect the expression level of ER,PR,Her-2 may help to estimate the prognosis.
