Research progresses of tumor inhibiting protein p33ING1b in the tumors of digestive system

Abstract:

Tumor inhibiting protein p33ING1b is the key expressive product of inhibitor of growth 1.It plays critical role in cell multiplication,period control,senescence,repair of DNA damage,apoptosis,and chromatin remodeling.The abnormal expression of p33ING1b is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor.This paper reviews tumor inhibiting protein p33ING1b in the research development of tumors in digestive system.
