摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析再生基因Iα(Reg Iα)在食管鳞状细胞癌组织及患者血液中表达的临床意义。方法分别用RT-PCR、免疫组织化学、ELISA的方法检测Reg Iα的表达情况。结果 Reg Iα mRNA在食管癌和食管正常黏膜组织中均表达,但癌组织中表达强度高于正常食管黏膜组织,(P＜0.001)。在正常食管组织中Reg Iα蛋白未见阳性表达;在食管癌组织中表达阳性率为52.5%,其表达强度与食管癌的大小、浸润深度无明显相关,(P＞0.05;)但与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关,(P＜0.005。)Reg Iα在食管癌患者血清中的表达水平明显高于正常对照组,(P=0.011);且其表达水平在食管癌切除后明显下降,P=0.03。结论食管癌组织中Reg Iα表达增高与食管癌的病理特征相关,患者血清中Reg Iα表达水平与食管癌是否存在有关。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of Reg Iα expression in esophageal carcinoma and patients′serum.Methods The Reg Iα expression was investigated by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry and ELISA.Results Reg Iα mRNA expressed not only in esophageal cancer but also in esophageal mucosa,but REG Iα mRNA expression was higher in cancer than that in esophageal musosa,P＜0.001.Reg Iα protein expression was detected in 21 of 40 cancer(52.5%),no expression in esophageal mucosa.REG I protein expression wasn′t related to the infiltration and size of tumor,P＞0.05;but had significant relation with tumor differentiation and lymphatic metastasis,P＜0.001.The level of Reg Iα expression in the patients serum with esophageal cancer was significantly higher than that in the normal control group,P=0.011 and its level was significantly decreased after esophageal cancer being resected,P=0.03.Conclusion The expression of Reg Iα related to pathological features of esophageal cancer,the levels of Reg Iα in serum related to the existence of esophageal cancer.
