摘要: 放射性肺损伤是胸部放射治疗过程中常见的并发症,发生机制与多种因素相关,针对其分子学机制的研究成为热点。研究表明多种细胞因子如白细胞介素(intedeukin,IL)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)、转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF)等与放射性肺损伤相关。其中IL-6 及IL-8作为炎性细胞因子和抗炎因子 IL-10在放射性肺损伤的发生及发展过程中起重要作用。

Abstract: The radiation-induced lung injury is in the process of chest radiation therapy for common complications,happening mechanism with many factors related,aimed at the molecular mechanism research into hot.Studies show that many kinds of cell factors such as interleukin(IL),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),transforming growth factor(TGF)associate with radiation-induced lung injury.IL-6 and IL-8 as inflammatory cells factor and anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 in radiation-induced lung injury occurs and play an important role in the development process.
