摘要:

放射治疗是胸部恶性肿瘤治疗的主要手段之一,在放疗期间肺部正常组织接受一定辐射后会导致胸部肿瘤放疗中常见的并发症——放射性肺损伤(Radiation-induced lung injury,RILI),其制约了肿瘤区域的放疗剂量,影响患者治疗效果。研究发现RILI发病机制与多种细胞因子相关,如白介素家族、肿瘤坏死因子和转化生长因子等,目前对RILI防治手段的探索也有了一定突破,本文将逐一对此进行阐述。

关键词: 放射性肺损伤, 细胞因子, 细胞因子抑制剂, 基因治疗, 干细胞治疗

Abstract:

Radiation therapy is one of the main therapeutic means of thoracic malignant tumors.When received certain radiation,lung may cause the common complication of chest tumor radiotherapy-Radiation-induced Lung Injury(RILI),which restricts the radiation dose for the tumor region and may affect patient outcomes.RILI is closely associated with multiple cytokines,such as interleukin family,tumor necrosis factor,transforming growth factor,etc.Currently,research on RILI control Methods has also made some breakthrough,this article elaborates on this individually.
