Abstract: Myosin X(MYO10)is a molecular motor based on actin, which can induce the formation of filopodia and promote cell migration in vitro and in vivo.In recent years, many studies have shown that the abnormal expression of MYO10 in the formation of invasive pseudopodia is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. This article reviews the biological function of MYO10 and its research progress in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.

Key words: Myosin X, Invasive pseudopodia, Malignant tumors, Metastasis
