Abstract: Object To discuss the relation of high risk HPV load and cervical lesions degree.Methods We tested HPV DNA of 2751 outpatients in our hospital, and performed biopsy to 971 patients with colposcope among them.Results There were not obvious difference among HPV load test value distribution of different degree cervical lesions.But there was remarkable relativity among the degrees of cervical lesions and HPV load, which was divided into low load dose and high load dose.Conclusion There are not distinct limit among virus load test value of different degree cervical lesions, and virus load can not represent the severity of cervical lesions.But the higher virus load can prompt the more possibility of high cervical lesions.
