Abstract: Malignant tumors is one of the main threats to human health, and their treatment is also one of the main factors that increase the socio-economic burden.Patients with malignant tumors have a high mortality and extremely poor prognosis. Therefore,it is crucial to improve the survival rate and prognosis of patients with malignant tumors.miRNAs are a class of small non-coding RNAs,which play an important role in the proliferation, differentiation, migration, and apoptosis of tumor cells by participating in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. In recent years, researchers have gradually begun to study the expression and role of miR-192-5p in malignant tumors. This paper will review the research progress of miR-192-5p mechanism in different malignant tumors.
