FBXW10与Cyclin E在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

Expression and significance of FBXW10 and cyclin E in renal clear cell carcinoma

摘要: 目的 研究F框/WD-40域蛋白10(FBXW10)和细胞周期蛋白E(Cyclin E)在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测60例肾透明细胞癌及其中行根治术的20例癌旁正常肾组织中FBXW10和Cyclin E蛋白的表达,分析两者之间的相关性及其与患者病理特征之间的关系。结果 FBXW10和Cyclin E蛋白在癌组织和癌旁正常组织表达率分别是40.0%、70.0%和55.0%、25.0%(P<0.05)。FBXW10蛋白的表达与肾透明细胞癌的组织学分级(P=0.041)、远处转移(P=0.030)有关;Cyclin E蛋白的表达与透明细胞肾癌的病理分期(P=0.005)、组织学分级(P=0.035)、远处转移(P=0.011)有关。肾癌组织中FBXW10与Cyclin E蛋白的表达有相关性(r=0.533,P<0.001)。结论 FBXW10和Cyclin E可能在肾透明细胞癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expressions of and clinical significance of F-box/WD-40 domain protein 10(FBXW10)as well as the expression of cell cycle protein cyclin E(cyclin E)in renal clear cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expressions of FBXW10 and cyclin E protein in 60 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues.The relationship between the expressions of FBXW10 and cyclin E,and the clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The expression rates of FBXW10 and cyclin E protein in renal clear cell carcinoma were 40.0%,70.0%,respectively and adjacent normal tissues were 55.0% and 25.0%(P<0.05).The expression of FBXW10 was correlated with the histologic grade of renal clear cell carcinoma(P=0.041),histologic grade(P=0.030);the expression of cyclin E was correlated with the pathological tumor stage of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(P=0.005),degree of differentiation(P=0.035),and distant metastasis(P=0.011).There was a significant correlation between the expressions of FBXW10 and cyclin E in renal clear cell carcinoma(r=0.533,P<0.001).Conclusion FBXW10 and cyclin E may play important roles in the development of renal clear cell carcinoma.
