Abstract: Cancer is one of the causes of higher human mortality, despite the continuous improvement of medical technology,Raman spectroscopy is a non-destructive testing which has unique advantages over the detection speed and high sensitivity, moreover it is expected to become a new model of early diagnosis of clinical cancer. This paper reviews the recent progress of domestic and foreign scholars using Raman spectroscopy to study human cancerous tissue, including gastric cancer, oral squamous cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, breast cancer and colorectal cancer.
