Abstract: To date, various kinds of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)have been found using functional genomics.LncRNAs can regulate gene expression, and play a significantly important role in the development of diseases including cancer. There are multiple mechanisms involved in the regulation of gene expression mediated by lncRNAs,such as the regulation of transcription, the process of translation, protein modification, and RNA-protein formation or protein-protein complex formation. In this review,we primarily discuss the latest research progress of the lncRNAs in the regulation of cancer cell signaling pathways.

Key words: Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs), Cancer, Singal pathways of cancer cells
