Abstract: Objective To study the therapeutic effect and side effects of combined therapy with paclitaxel liposome and Nedaplatin on advanced ovary cancer.Methods 80 cases of ovary cancer with advanced stage were studied.A combined chemotherapy of paclitaxel liposome and Nedaplatin were applied.The dose of paclitaxel liposome was 135mg/m² with Nedaplatin 80mg/m²-100mg/m².The total course of treatment were three weeks, all cases finish at least 1-2 course of treatment. Results The bone marrow depression incidence was 50%, Gastrointestinal tract reaction rate was 77.5% No patient exit the therapy because of side effects.Conclusions The combined therapy of paclitaxel liposome and NDP showed good efficacy accompanied by less side effects.
