摘要/Abstract

摘要： D型细胞周期蛋白(Cyclin)是目前已知的细胞周期蛋白(Cyclins)中的亚型之一，与肿瘤的关系最为密切，D型Cyclin中的CyclinD1是细胞周期中起关键作用的正向调节因子，主要作用于细胞增殖及细胞分裂过程，CyclinD1特异性过表达于多种肿瘤细胞。研究发现，在泌尿系恶性肿瘤中也存在CyclinD1过表达现象，且与肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移和复发有关。因此，以CyclinD1作为泌尿系肿瘤的研究靶点，有可能为泌尿系恶性肿瘤的预防及治疗等提供新的思路。

Abstract: Cyclin D is the most closely relationship with tumor,and it is currently known one of the subtypes of cyclins.CyclinD1,as a positive regulatory factor,has an important role in the process of cell cycle,especially in cell proliferation and division.CyclinD1 is unusually up-regulated in lots of human cancers.CyclinD1 is a recently discovered protein which is highly expressed in the urinary tumors,and its expression in tumors is associated with a more aggressive phenotype,prognosis and recurrence.Therefore,the research of the target point to CyclinD1 in the urinary tumors may provide a new method for the therapy to urinary tumors.
